Job Summary

The Information Technology Spend Optimization (ITSO) Procurement Analyst helps customers reduce their exposure to risks associated with software publisher End-User License Agreements (EULAs). This role also supports customers in managing software renewals and identifying opportunities to reduce spend through Maintenance Renewal Optimization.

This position reports to the ITSO Procurement Solutions Manager within the IT Asset Management (ITAM) department.

Role Description

• •Collaborate with customer Procurement and/or Information Technology Asset Management (ITAM) contacts, as well as SHI sales teams, regarding customer renewal lists, internal and external processes, and reporting requirements.
• •Reduce customer risk associated with software publisher EULAs by preparing EULA letter amendments based on customer-provided terms to obtain vendor agreement and signature.
• •Ensure the EULA Risk Mitigation process is completed in accordance with the requirements outlined in the customer's Statement of Work (SOW).
• •Maintain a database of EULAs previously reviewed under the program.
• •Deliver SHI's Maintenance Renewal Optimization program by coordinating with customer Procurement teams, IT Asset Management teams, and end-user contacts to assess maintenance renewals and optimize customer spend.
• •Maintain customer reports related to renewals and spend optimization.
• •Track upcoming existing customer renewals, projected renewals, and forecasted cost savings.
• •Maintain individual customer-specific cost savings trackers, as well as team-wide, customer-specific cost savings reports.
• •Proactively contact the company's IT Spend Optimization customers at least 90 days in advance of renewal dates to evaluate their renewal needs.
• •Utilize all available resources to help customers make informed decisions regarding what they need to renew.
• •Conduct customer calls on a regular cadence with both internal and external customers.
• •Adhere to all applicable customer-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• •Support other lines of ITSO business as needed to promote organized software licensing and purchasing environments for customers.

Other Requirements

• •Completed Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or relevant work experience required
• •Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Preferred

• •Software licensing experience or an Inside Sales background.
• •ServiceNow experience.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $57,000 - $85,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
