About Vasco
Vasco is the revenue context layer for AI agents. The product was built around one idea: confident is not the same as correct, and revenue decisions get made on confidence all the time. We structure CRM, billing, calls, and support data into a semantic layer where every metric is sourced, every definition is locked, and every answer is deterministic, then build agents that take the manual busywork off people's plates.
Our cofounders Guillaume and Seb already built and sold one startup together; today they are building the product they wished they had. Vasco's mission is to enable builders and GTM leaders to build a revenue engine that moves the business forward on data they can trust.
About the role
Our CEO and cofounder sets Vasco's product direction, and you bring the customer's reality into how we frame, shape, test, and ship it, so the squads building it start from what customers need and do. You'll be our first product manager, reporting to Seb, our CTO, and working across squads. You'll take part in product shaping sessions with our designers and engineers and bring evidence to each one. Twelve months in, a larger share of what we ship gets adopted and solves the problem it was built for, and you can show it with the numbers you set up.
We're open to different levels of seniority; however, this is not an entry-level position: you'll support many product decisions on a small team, set up how we measure adoption, and bring evidence when an idea needs reshaping. We expect high autonomy and accountability at every level, and the scope you own grows with your experience. We'll meet you where you are, and what matters is that you make the team better at turning direction into things customers adopt.
We're an early-stage startup working at the frontier of what agents can do in GTM. The path is often foggy, so you should be ready to bring clarity to it with your team, juggle several topics at once, stay open-minded, and wear more hats than your title suggests. You're a strong collaborator: you shape work side by side with designers and engineers, and you influence cofounders and top-talent teammates with evidence. You're AI-forward and you actively contribute to how we work with AI as a team. AI can make product work lonely, and we push back on that with close collaboration, a fun environment, and a team that stays human.
What you will do
Shape with the team: Join product shaping sessions with our designers and engineers, turn our CEO's direction into shaped work, and test it against what customers need, so each bet starts from customer reality.
Voice of the customer: Talk to customers and study how they use the product, across several topics at once, so what we build solves the problem for the people who buy it and the people who run it.
Adoption: Define what adoption means for what we ship, get it tracked, and use what it shows to decide what we improve next.
Quality from the user's side: Test releases from the user's perspective before they ship, so each release works for the people using it.
Launch and delivery: Own launches, release notes, and product messaging, and keep delivery moving with the squads, so what ships lands clearly with customers.
Market and practice: Track where the market is going, bring that insight back to the team, and help improve how we build product in an AI-embedded world.
What we’re looking for
Experience. You bring 5+ years of relevant product experience in B2B software. Adjacent paths, such as engineer or designer turned PM, count when the product calls were yours.
Customer evidence that changed a build. You've run interviews with B2B customers and can name a decision the team changed because of it, including a direction a founder or senior leader held.
AI in your daily work. You use AI tools in your own work and can show something you built or analyzed with them.
Collaboration at startup pace. You've shaped work side by side with designers and engineers, pulled people into your thinking, and run several topics at once in a small, fast-moving team.
Owned product calls. You've owned product decisions at an early-stage B2B startup and can name the calls that were yours.
Adoption, defined and measured. You've defined adoption for something you shipped, measured it, and changed the product because of what you found.
What'll make you stand out
Agent builder. You've built and shipped agents.
Writes for customers. You've written release notes, launch messaging, or product marketing for a B2B product.
Buyers and users. You've built or researched a product where the buyer and the daily user are different people.
AI, agent, data, or revenue products. You've worked on one, or ramped into the domain.
Why Vasco
Small, high-caliber team, with experienced founders still building alongside you.
Early-stage pace and real ownership: the problems are unsolved, the path isn't fixed, and your judgment and capabilities shape what happens next.
AI-forward, both in how we work day to day and in what we build for customers.
Real autonomy, with room to experiment, pick up new skills, and take on projects outside your role: nobody here is boxed in.
Compensation within the top of the national market, stock options for every team member, uncapped paid time off, generous parental leave, and 100% employer-paid health benefits for you and your dependents.
Where you’ll work
This position is hybrid in Montreal— three days in-person per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) at WeWork Place Ville-Marie in downtown Montreal.
Hiring Process
Discovery Call with our talent partner (30mins)
Hiring Manager Interview (45mins)
Technical Stage (Case challenge + 90mins Interview)

We want you to feel informed and supported at every step. You'll always know where you stand, and we encourage you to ask us anything along the way.
A note on AI: We use AI to help with note-taking during interviews. You can opt out anytime with no impact on your candidacy, and AI plays no part in our hiring decisions. On your side, feel free to use AI the way you would in the actual work, just use it thoughtfully. We're an AI company; we know polished AI output when we see it, and what we're really after is how you think and what you can do.
Background check: The selected candidate will be required to complete a background check before starting.
We hire on the strength of what you bring, regardless of who you are. Need an accommodation at any point in the process? Tell us at [email protected] and we'll make it work.
