Want your chance to make a mark on a world-class, record-breaking event? We're looking for a Product Operations Coordinator, PX Build to join our Product Operations & Site Delivery team and help deliver the Australian Open 2027. This is a full-time fixed-term contract role.

About the role

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating suppliers, subcontractors and consultants to support the delivery of Australian Open build projects.
  • Managing procurement processes, purchase orders, contract administration, invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, schedules, production plans and operational resources.
  • Coordinating site logistics, deliveries, access requirements and supplier activities during bump-in, tournament and bump-out periods.
  • Supporting on-site operations and stakeholder engagement to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

About you

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience in event operations, construction, project coordination or a similar operational environment.
  • Demonstrate strong administration, budgeting and project coordination skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Be confident interpreting build documentation, schedules and project plans.
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
  • Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable using project scheduling tools.
  • Bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and flexibility to support major event operations.
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
