Production Associate - Night Shift

• Location: Jackson, TN
• Rate: 22.18/ hr
• Shift Differential: $1.00 / hour
• Shift: Night Shift (7pm-7:30am). 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off.

While reporting to the Production Supervisor as a Production Associate you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in support of production operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• •Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment or machinery.
• •Preparing, inspecting, and measuring raw materials.
• •Checking components for compliance with tolerances or specifications and may perform finish work.
• •Basic trouble shooting, clearing jams, and splicing and threading membrane into equipment.
• •May provide training or guidance to new production workers.

• •You can perform work under general supervision.
• •You can handle moderately complex issues/ problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• •Must be an effective communicator over the public address system.
• •You can provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group.
• •You have 2 to 4 continuous years of experience operating machines.
