Production Chemist

Job Requirements:

• Plan shifts and align with other shift leads;
• * Manage the shift by delegating duties, assigning tasks, monitoring task execution, and following up

• with all team members.
• * Conduct operational warehousing and production (bulk (un-)loading, filling, mixing and blending)

• activities within the respective shifts.
• * Ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines during the respective shifts.
• * Execute selected administrative activities related to the shift work.
• * Lead small team of operators in warehousing and production.

Job qualification/experience

• •Degree in Science / Chemistry / Biotechnology / or any related field.
• •Minimum of 1 year experience in production / laboratory and/or R&D environment.
• •Strict compliance to chemicals standards and guidelines.
• •Organized in documentation.
• •Able to supervise and train production workers.
• •Good knowledge in the act of quality, safety, environmental and health.
• •Good teamplayer and able to work independently.
