Ein Lebensmittelbetrieb im Landkreis Gotha sucht zum baldmöglichsten Einstellungstermin eine/n Produktionsleiter/in.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Planung und Koordination der Produktion gemäß Aufträgen,

Personaleinsatzplanung und –koordination,

Optimierung und Erweiterung der Produktion und Auslastung,

Mitarbeiterführung, Qualitätsmanagement, Dokumentation,

Maschinenüberwachung und Koordination der Pflege

Voraussetzung für Ihre Bewerbung:

Technische Ausbildung und 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Produktionssteuerung

mindestens 2 Jahre Personalverantwortung

Erfahrung in Analyse und Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen, Lagerhaltung und Kommissionierung

Beherrschung MS Office oder ähnlichen Programmen und der produktionsrelevanten Softwaresysteme

Sprachkenntnisse Englisch

Wir erwarten von Ihnen hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, unternehmerisches Denken, Führungskompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
