Für den Bereich Produktion suchen wir Leiter Produktion (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung m Bereich Lebensmittel.

Zu ihren Tätigkeiten gehören:

  • Fachliche, disziplinarische und organisatorische Steuerung und Führung unseres Produktionsteams
  • Planung, Kontrolle und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Produktionsprozesse
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung der Personaleinsatz- und Urlaubspläne der Produktionsmitarbeiter
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Arbeitsschutzvorschriften sowie HACCP- und IFS-Standards
  • Durchführung spannender Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktionsabteilung
  • Bestandskontrollen und Analyse von Fehlbeständen im ERP-System
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Ausführung von Aufträgen
  • Analyse und Optimierung von internen Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
  • Erstellung von Analyse und Auswertungen von Produktionsdaten

Dein Profil

  • Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnologie oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Lebensmittelindustrie Nüsse, Saaten, Trockenfrüchte wünschenswert
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in Führungspositionen, gerne auch motivierte Teamleiter, Schichtleiter, stellvertretende Produktions- und Betriebsleiter
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
  • Technisches Verständnis von Vorteil
  • Hohe Führungs- und Entscheidungskompetenz sowie sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Zu Deinen Stärken zählen Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Begeisterungsfähigkeit, hohe Motivation und Teamgeist
