  • Als Produktionsleiter Molkerei (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie in Schmölln Verantwortung für eine moderne Käseproduktion mit hoher Prozess- und Qualitätsorientierung. Sie erwartet ein Umfeld, in dem Entscheidungen schnell getroffen werden und eigene Ideen sichtbar Wirkung entfalten. Neben der Steuerung komplexer Produktionsabläufe prägen Sie aktiv Verbesserungsprozesse und entwickeln Teams nachhaltig weiter.
  • Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Direktvermittlung / im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung zu besetzen.

Produktionsleiter (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Als Produktionsleiter Molkerei (m/w/d) steuern Sie die gesamte Käseproduktion von der Milchannahme bis zur Verpackung
  • Verantwortung für Produktionskennzahlen, Kapazitätsplanung und effiziente Abläufe
  • Um Prozessverbesserungen kümmern Sie sich gemeinsam mit Technik, QM und Logistik
  • Dabei begleiten Sie Investitionsprojekte sowie die Einführung neuer Produkte
  • Sicherstellung von Hygiene-, Sicherheits- und Auditstandards nach HACCP und IFS
  • Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Studium der Lebensmitteltechnologie, Milchwirtschaft, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Lebensmittelproduktion, idealerweise im Molkereiumfeld
  • Kenntnisse in Lean Management, Produktionsplanung und ERP-Systemen
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
  • Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Prozessen
