zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir:

einen Produktionsleiter (m/w/d) für unsere Fischräucherei in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

Leitung und Koordination der Produktionsabläufe in der Fischräucherei

Überwachung und Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse

Führung und Anleitung des Produktionspersonals

Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

Planung und Steuerung der Produktion von Räucherfisch, Matjes und Marinaden

Kontrolle und Verwaltung von Rohstoffen und Fertigwaren

Deutschkenntnisse und eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sind erforderlich, um das Team zu führen und mit Kunden und Lieferanten zu kommunizieren.
