Die OTMK GmbH ist ein wachsendes Unternehmen im Bereich Montage, Metallbearbeitung und technischer Dienstleistungen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene und verantwortungsbewusste Produktionsleitung (m/w), die unsere Abläufe strukturiert führt und Projekte professionell koordiniert.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung, Organisation und Überwachung der Produktionsabläufe
  • Koordination von Mitarbeitern, Material und Arbeitsprozessen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsflusses
  • Lesen und Umsetzen von technischen Zeichnungen und Bauplänen
  • Unterstützung bei schlossertechnischen Tätigkeiten
  • Qualitätskontrolle und Dokumentation
  • Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Lager und Montage
  • Einsatzbereitschaft für projektbezogene Außentermine (Reisebereitschaft)

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Metallbereich
  • Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsleitung oder vergleichbarer Position
  • Sicheres Lesen und Verstehen von Bauplänen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Schlosserei
  • Organisationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Reisebereitschaft für projektbezogene Einsätze
