## Deine Aufgaben bei uns

  • Analyse und Bearbeitung von 2nd Level Tickets im Bereich Unified Communications (UC) für unsere Kunden
  • Service der UC Lösungen beim Kunden vor Ort sowie remote
  • Eigenverantwortliche Implementierung von UC Systemen, Netzwerk Lösungen, Servern und Applikationen wie beispielweise Call Center oder Voicemail
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Kunden zur effizienten Problemlösung

## Was Du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich IT, Telekommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im 2nd Level Support für Unified Communications (UC)
  • Kenntnisse zu strukturierter Gebäudeverkabelung und Fernmeldetechnik
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Routing / Switching und im Umgang mit Microsoft und Linux-Betriebssystemen
  • Analytisches Denken und ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke für den direkten Kontakt mit unseren Kunden
