Summary
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Duties
- You will review policies and programs related to operational functions and act as liaison with external Directorates to ensure compliance with operational/corporate functions.
- You will develop briefings and report to provide status to senior leadership personnel and promulgate information across the directorate which is of interest to employees, managers, supervisors, and senior leadership.
- You will monitor personnel databases (i.e., TWMS, TFMMS, DCPDS, etc.) to ensure directorate information is accurate and submit updates and run reports as needed in support of senior management.
- You will lead efforts to support data calls, drills and ad hoc requests for information and review processes and procedures to identify opportunities to attain efficiencies and effectiveness.
- You will be responsible for facilitating the internal hiring process in conjunction with SEA 10 HR Specialist to effect hires and ensure completion of all required documents.
- You will provide advice and guidance to managers/supervisors on the hiring process, billet authorization allocations, and facilitates hiring actions on behalf of assigned SEA 04 departments.
- You will coordinate new hire on-boarding and orientation to include ensuring they have the correct forms and points of contact; coordinate with various departments and directorates to ensure asset assignment, seating, etc.
- You will remain current on active hiring flexibilities and strategies – relaying this information to managers and officials across the Directorate and act as a resource for internal questions regarding available personnel policies and processes.
- You will monitor attrition rates and work with leadership to effect workforce shaping and plan for anticipated/upcoming vacancies.
- You will work closely with leadership to develop human capital strategy to include conducting strength-weakness-opportunities-threats analysis, analyzing and evaluating attrition to include reasons why employees leave the directorate.
Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (GS-11 grade level equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Managing the strategic workforce and recruitment operations of sensitive corporate personnel programs, policy compliance audits, and management-employee relations to optimize talent acquisition, safeguard sensitive information, and ensure total regulatory alignment within a corporate-level operations group.
