Summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the ENGINEERING AND CYBER WARFARE GROUP/AVIATION/SHIP INTEFRATION OFC of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.
Duties
- You will direct and supervise the execution of all work efforts to meet aviation requirements.
- You will provide management direction to the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leaders and personnel from government and contract organizations.
- You will exercise full managerial authority, including planning work to evaluate performance and recommend awards.
- You will identify training needs to interview candidates for positions.
Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-12/13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Senior-level program/organizational leadership experience; 2) Aviation and/or ship-system integration experience; 3) Complex defense acquisition/program management experience; 4) Experience leading multidisciplinary government/contractor teams; 5) Experience coordinating technical, acquisition, cost, schedule, performance, and risk requirements across multiple stakeholders.
