Description

SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Project Director, provides administrative support to Mobile Addiction Recovery Services program, and supervises Recovery Support Specialists. Oversees daily grant activities, implements project goals, and maintains evidence-based practice standards. Responsible for coordinating daily activities and schedules of the Mobile Unit, supplies ordering and tracking, data entry, and contingency management tracking. Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient execution of tasks.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: All duties are subject to accommodation in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

  • Coordinates, prepares, and issues Mobile Unit schedule. Assists with site management of the Mobile Unit.
  • Assists with preparation for Joint Commission, DPH and other site visits, contract compliance, maintaining state/federal standards and grant preparation.
  • Collects service data, manages statistical records, and helps prepare federal progress reports.
  • Order supplies. Ensures that Narcan, AED, first aid kit, and medical room supplies are monitored and replaced or calibrated as needed and tracked.
  • Supervises assigned staff, including Recovery Support Specialists.
  • Ensures that required admission documentation is completed, e.g., sliding fee, consents, and privacy notices. Oversees accurate and timely scanning of documents into client records.
  • Works closely with Project Director, Project Evaluator, and BH Clinical Compliance Manager.
  • Liaises with community partners. Performs outreach functions as needed.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Excellent writing, speaking, and organizational abilities.
  • Initiative/self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Microsoft Office competency
  • Preferred: Experience with Electronic Health Records

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two years administrative experience

Preferred:

  • Health care experience
  • Spanish fluency

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Generally, the working conditions are good with little or no exposure to extremes in health, safety hazards and/or hazardous materials. This person must have the ability to travel as required to work with staff.

In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The compensation of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.
