  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Abwicklung von multimedialen Projekten bis zur Fertigstellung und Inbetriebnahme
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung beim Erstellen / Einhaltung von Projektzeitplänen
  • Koordination von Verpackung und Transport
  • Ansprechpartner_in der Bauleitung und Planung intern (Montagebetreuung)
  • Terminliche Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung & Lieferanten
  • Erstellung von Projektdokumentationen und Spezifikationen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Technisches Verständnis und Interesse
  • Abgeschlossene technische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH)
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Projekten in jeglicher Funktion
  • Analytisches Denken sowie zielgerichtetes und kostenbewusstes Handeln
  • Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • gute Englischkenntnisse (Wort und Schrift)
  • Führerschein B
