  • Planung in den Gewerken Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Lüftungstechnik
  • Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanungen nach HOAI
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen sowie Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Angebotsauswertung
  • Objektüberwachung mit Fokus auf Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle

## Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Versorgungstechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. staatlich geprüfter Techniker Gebäudetechnik)
  • Berufserfahrung in der TGA-Planung und/oder Bauleitung
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in den Gewerken Sanitär, Heizung und Lüftung sowie sicherer Umgang mit relevanten Vorschriften (z. B. VOB)
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, pragmatische Persönlichkeit mit Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
