  • Unterstützung der Bauleitung - Vorbereitung und Nachbereitung von Baubesprechungen, Rechnungsprüfung und Abnahmen
  • Kaufabwicklung über den Notar: Kaufverträge vorbereiten und alle Unterlagen koordinieren
  • Betreuung der Erwerber während der Bauphase und bei der Abwicklung von Sonderwünschen
  • Datenpflege, Zahlungsverkehr und allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise Immobilienkauffrau/-mann oder Kauffrau/-mann in der Grundstücks- und Wohnungswirtschaft und/ oder
  • abgeschlossenes kaufmännisches Studium, idealerweise Immobilienwirtschaft / Real Estate Management
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Bauträger-, Immobilien- oder Handwerksunternehmen
  • strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und echte Serviceorientierung
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
