Bei uns arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle von Planung, Projektsteuerung und Flächenmanagement. Du identifizierst geeignete Flächen, koordinierst Abläufe und sorgst dafür, dass Infrastrukturprojekte strukturiert umgesetzt werden

Kurz gesagt: Du ziehst im Hintergrund die Fäden – mit echtem Einfluss.

Deine Mission:

  • Flächen mit Zukunft finden: Du recherchierst Grundstücke für wichtige Infrastrukturprojekte
  • Verhandeln auf Augenhöhe: Du sprichst mit Eigentümer:innen und gestaltest faire Vereinbarungen
  • Projekte steuern: Du begleitest Planfeststellungsverfahren von Anfang bis Umsetzung
  • Alle an einen Tisch bringen: Behörden, Gutachter:innen und Teams koordinieren
  • Den Überblick behalten: Du strukturierst komplexe Infos klar und verständlich

Das bringst du mit:

  • Studium z. B. in Stadtplanung, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Einblicke in Projekte/Planungsverfahren? Super – aber kein Muss
  • Interesse an Baurecht & Projektmanagement
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und strukturierte Denkweise
  • Starke Kommunikationsskills (Deutsch mind. C1)
  • Sicher im Umgang mit MS Office & Tools
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
