Aufgabenbereich:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Koordination der Bauausführung von internen Teams geplanten Projekten bei laufendem Krankenhausbetrieb
  • Steuerung der Haustechnikausführung unter Mitwirkung firmeneigener Montageteams und Fremdfirmen im Rahmen des Gesamtprojekts
  • Qualitätssicherung auf der Baustelle und Erhebung von Verbesserungspotentialen
  • Überprüfung und Freigabe von Leistungsnachweisen als Grundlage für die Rechnungsprüfung
  • Direkte Verhandlungstätigkeiten mit den ausführenden Unternehmen
  • Ansprechpartner auf der Baustelle für die Projektbeteiligten und den Auftraggeber

Qualifikationen und Anforderungen:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich der Gebäudetechnik bzw. TGA (HTL, FH, TU)
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil
  • Know-how im Bereich der Projektabwicklung
  • Aufgeschlossen für IT-Tools zur Projektsteuerung
  • Selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit
  • Durchsetzungsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick

Wir bieten:

  • Für diese Position gilt folgende Mindestentlohnung: 4.371,19 € brutto pro Monat
  • Bereitschaft zur Überbezahlung je nach Qualifikation möglich.

Arbeitszeit: 38,5 Stunden pro Woche
