  • Projektleitung für Pharma-Anlagenbauprojekte (technisch und kommerziell)
  • Gesamtprojektleitung für globale EPCM-Projekte
  • Koordination aller technischen Geräte im Sinne einer Gesamtprojektabwicklung
  • Hauptansprechpartner für Kund_innen in der Projektabwicklungsphase
  • Verantwortung für den Projekterfolg: Kosten, Qualität und Zeit
  • Projektreporting (intern und extern)
  • Koordination und Führung der ProjektmitarbeiterInnen
  • Verhandlungen mit Kund_innen und Lieferanten
  • Veränderungsmanagement
  • Risikomanagement
  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (insbes. Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Verfahrenstechnik von Vorteil)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektmanager im Industrieanlagenbau, Automation, EMSR und/oder anderen Baugewerken
  • Erfahrungen in der Biopharmazeutischen- oder Lebensmittelindustrie wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung im Bereich technischer Gebäudeausrüstung wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von MitarbeiterInnen
  • Ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Weltweite Reisebereitschaft
  • EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, MS-Project)
