Über Xneural

Xneural entwickelt Drone Detection as a Service für öffentliche Sicherheit, Betreiber schutzbedürftiger Einrichtungen und urbane Einsatzräume. Wir kombinieren verteilte Radarsensorik mit KI-basierter Perception auf bestehender Telekommunikationsinfrastruktur. Als kleines, technisch tief aufgestelltes Team mit Sitz in Dresden entwickeln wir die komplette Kette von der Hardware bis zur Cloud-Anwendung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Steuerung unseres internen Sensorentwicklungsprojekts von der Anforderung bis zur Umsetzung
  • Planung und Durchführung von Pilotprojekten und Feldtests gemeinsam mit Partnern und Kunden
  • Koordination der Frequenzzulassung mit der Bundesnetzagentur
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Entwicklungsteam, externen Entwicklungspartnern und der Geschäftsführung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Physik oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung technischer Entwicklungs- oder Feldtestprojekte
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Entwicklungspartner
  • Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Regulierungsbehörden und Partner-Engineering-Teams
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
