Ihre Aufgaben

  • Steuerung und Organisation von Projekten (Planung, Fristen, Abstimmung)
  • Unterstützung laufender Forschungsprojekte (Unterlagen, Meilensteine, Abstimmung)
  • Koordination interner und externer Ansprechpartner
  • Dokumentation und saubere Ablage der Projektergebnisse

Wir bieten

  • 4.000 € brutto bei 35 Stunden/Woche als Orientierungsgröße; je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung nach oben anpassbar
  • Teilweise Homeoffice nach Absprache möglich
  • Kleines Team, kurze Wege, fester Ansprechpartner
  • Arbeitsort: Mittweida, Bahnhofstraße 37, 09648 Mittweida (ÖPNV gut); Pendeln aus Chemnitz willkommen

Das bringen Sie mit (Muss)

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Fachrichtung offen)
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Berufserfahrung in Projektarbeit / Projektmanagement (nachweisbar)
  • Erfahrung in DATEV

Weitere Anforderungen

  • Sichere Organisation von Terminen, Fristen und Unterlagen
  • Zuverlässigkeit und klare Kommunikation
  • Sichere PC-Kenntnisse (E-Mail, Ordner, Tabellen)
  • Erfahrung mit Forschungsprojekten / FuE-Organisation ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
