  • Strategische Betreuung von Startups und Scaleups am Standort Bochum mit Strahlkraft für die Metropole Ruhr
  • Repräsentation unseres Ökosystems auf nationalen und internationalen Messen sowie Events
  • Aktives Matchmaking zwischen Gründer\*innen, etabliertem Mittelstand, Kund\*innen und Partnern
  • Effizientes Schnittstellenmanagement zur Anbahnung von Synergien in komplexen Innovationsstrukturen
  • Auf- und Ausbau strategischer Geschäftsbeziehungen für unsere Startups im In- und Ausland

Dein Profil:

  • Einschlägige Erfahrung und ein belastbares Netzwerk im Startup- und Innovationsökosystem NRW
  • Kommunikationsstärke für den souveränen Dialog mit Gründer\*innen und C-Level
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Projektstrukturen proaktiv zu steuern
  • Analytische Denkweise und sicherer Umgang mit dynamischen Stakeholder-Strukturen
  • Starkes Engagement und der absolute Drive, den Innovationsstandort Bochum und das Ruhrgebiet voranzutreiben
