Sie bringen eigene Ideen ein und entwickeln Bildungsangebote und Marketing gemeinsam mit dem Team weiter.

Im Projekt „U-Stahl ade" , gefördert durch das Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung, wird ein Konzept entwickelt, erprobt und evaluiert, das den bisherigen Grundlehrgang Metall zu einer überbetrieblichen Azubi-Firma weiterentwickelt. Ziel ist es, Auszubildende stärker an Geschäftsprozesse heranzuführen, ihre berufliche Handlungskompetenz zu fördern und soziale Fähigkeiten zu stärken.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie haben eine Berufsausbildung mit anschließender Fortbildungsprüfung abgeschlossen oder ein einschlägiges Studium absolviert.
  • Sie bringen Erfahrung in der beruflichen Bildung, in der Betreuung von Auszubildenden und/oder in der Erwachsenenbildung mit.
  • Sie entwickeln gern neue Ideen und setzen diese pragmatisch in die Tat um.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie erste Erfahrungen im Marketing - insbesondere mit Marketingstrategien und sozialen Medien im B2B-Umfeld.
  • Sie interessieren sich für Bildung, neue Technologien und wirtschaftliche Entwicklungen und möchten daraus praxisnahe Bildungsangebote entwickeln.
  • Sie arbeiten sicher mit den gängigen Office-Anwendungen.
  • Sie sind zuverlässig, übernehmen Verantwortung und arbeiten gern im Team.
