### Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Individuelles Integrationscoaching und Beratung
  • Entwicklung von Förder- und Integrationsplänen
  • Unterstützung bei Alltags-Fragen und der Integration in Arbeit, Ausbildung und Gesellschaft
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden, Unternehmen und Netzwerkpartnern
  • Durchführung von Gruppenangeboten und Workshops (z. B. Bewerbungstraining, Sprachförderung)
  • Projektorganisation und Dokumentation

### Anforderungen:

Um erfolgreich in dieser Position zu sein, sollten Sie folgende Qualifikationen und Eigenschaften mitbringen:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im sozialen, pädagogischen, interkulturellen oder vergleichbaren Bereichen
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Geflüchteten oder Migranten von Vorteil, Dialog mit Unternehmen, Kommunikation mit Netzwerkpartnern
  • Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B ist erforderlich
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse
