Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Verwaltung eines Immobilienbestands von unterschiedlichen Eigentümern.
Kommunikation mit Eigentümern, Mietern, Behörden und Dienstleistern.
Durchführung von Wohnungsabnahmen und -übergaben inklusive Mängeldokumentation und -bearbeitung.
Steuerung von Sanierungsmaßnahmen, Bearbeitung von Schadensfällen inkl. Versicherung, sowie Prüfung und Kontieren von Rechnungen.
Beschwerdemanagement und Sondereigentumsverwaltung.
