Ihre Herausforderungen

  • Prozessentwicklung und -optimierung für die klebetechnische Fertigung der optischen und mechatronischen Aufbau- und Verbindungstechnik von inertialen Navigationssystemen
  • Durchführung der Klebstoffauswahl und Qualifizierung entsprechend den Anwendungsanforderungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Produktentwicklung klebegerechter Designs der Fügepartner
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen unserer Produktentwicklung, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung
  • Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Pflege von Arbeitsanweisungen, Arbeitsplänen und anderen relevanten Fertigungsdokumente

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Chemie, Mikrosystemtechnik, Materialwissenschaften oder ein vergleichbares Studium
  • Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich mit
  • Sie haben ein Verständnis für Materialdeklarationen, Stoffverboten und Grenzwerten in Baugruppen und Materialien
  • Sie haben Kenntnisse in der Charakterisierung von Klebstoffen sowie in der Bewertung von Klebeverbindungen und in der Versuchsplanung
  • Sie verfügen über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Eine hohe Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
