Your New Role

This role supports the Procure to Pay (PTP) workstream at Warner Bros. Discovery. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting PTP operations, ensuring SOX compliance, maintaining a robust controls environment, and providing reporting and updates across Procure to Pay activities.

Your Role Accountabilities

• •Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• •Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (i.e. invoice processing, query management, purchase request and PO processing etc.).
• •Review open items on the GR/IR account.
• •Monitor and reconcile aging PTP activity, including interfacing applications.
• •Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems.
• •Support PTP system changes, improvements and new company codes created with testing as required and support new business projects, acquisitions and integrations where needed.
• •Serve as a subject matter expert in PTP processes & technologies (SAP S4, Ariba, SAP ECC) for non-content spend.

Qualifications & Experience

• •Experience working within Procure to Pay (PTP) processes.
• •Knowledge of PTP systems and technologies including SAP S4, Ariba, SAP ECC, APEX.
• •Understanding of SOX compliance requirements and financial controls environments.
• •Experience supporting system implementations, testing activities or integration projects.
• •Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
