Für ein Unternehmen aus der Medizintechnik wird Unterstützung im Änderungsmanagement gesucht. Im Mittelpunkt steht die Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Änderungsanträgen für produktive Prozesse und zugehörige Dokumente.

## Tätigkeitsbeschreibung

  • Steuerung und Bewertung eingehender Änderungsanträge (ECR/ECO) entlang des definierten Engineering-Change-Prozesses
  • Nachverfolgung des Status laufender Änderungen und Aktualisierung des zugehörigen Dashboards
  • Vorbereitung, Leitung und Dokumentation von Change-Control-Board-Sitzungen
  • Aufbereitung von Kennzahlen, Analysen und Berichten für die Geschäftsleitung und Fachabteilungen
  • Sicherstellung der vollständigen und regelkonformen Ablage aller Änderungsunterlagen im Dokumentenmanagementsystem
  • Optimierung bestehender Abläufe, Vorlagen und Arbeitsanweisungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
  • Begleitung von CAPA-, Abweichungs- und Verbesserungsprozessen
  • Schulung von Mitarbeitenden zum Engineering-Change-Prozess
  • Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung interner sowie externer Audits

## Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung mit technischem, naturwissenschaftlichem oder kaufmännischem Hintergrund
  • Praxiserfahrung im Qualitäts-, Änderungs- oder Dokumentenmanagement oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Vertrautheit mit regulatorischen Anforderungen, idealerweise in der Medizintechnik oder Pharmabranche
  • Erfahrung mit QM-, DMS- oder Workflow-Systemen
  • Strukturierte, genaue Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
