Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung eines Kindes mit erhöhtem Förderbedarf in der Einrichtung
  • Förderung einer vollen, wirksamen und gleichberechtigten Teilhabe
  • Pflege eines aktiven Austauschs mit den Eltern

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) gemäß § 7 Kindertagesbetreuungsgesetz
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Motivation und Engagement
