  • Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Kundenanforderungen und Reklamationen sowie Abstimmung geeigneter Maßnahmen mit den zuständigen Fachbereichen
  • Analyse von After-Sales-KPIs, Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports sowie Unterstützung bei der Aufbereitung relevanter Informationen
  • Koordination der täglichen After-Sales-Prozesse und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Kunden, internen Abteilungen und internationalen Standorten
  • Betreuung von Qualitätsthemen im After-Sales- und Prototypenbereich sowie Nutzung von KI-Tools zur Datenanalyse und Dokumentation
  • Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung sowie sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office
  • Erfahrung in der KPI-Auswertung, im Reporting sowie im Qualitäts- und Reklamationsmanagement
  • Gute Kenntnisse in strukturierten Problemlösungsmethoden von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, auch im technischen Kontext
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Automobilbranche, idealerweise im After Sales, Kundenservice oder technischen Umfeld
