Quality Assurance Manager - Government Operations

The Quality Assurance Manager will oversee key quality management activities supporting government operations within a regulated clinical research environment. In this role, you will ensure that quality systems, processes, and project activities comply with applicable regulations, industry standards, and contractual requirements. You will manage essential quality programs, including internal auditing, document control, and corrective and preventive action processes. Working closely with QA teams, project leaders, and senior management, you will help strengthen compliance and promote continuous improvement across the organization. You will also lead client audits and regulatory inspections while supporting staff development and corporate quality initiatives.
