Főbb feladatok

  • A belső minőségellenőrzési és audit rendszer kialakítása, működtetése és folyamatos fejlesztése.
  • Folyamat-, termék- és rendszerauditok végrehajtása, az intézkedések nyomon követése.
  • A minőségkultúra és a „Right First Time” / „Zero Defect” szemlélet támogatása.
  • Gyökérokelemzések és problémamegoldási folyamatok támogatása ( 5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D ).
  • Folyamatfejlesztési projektek koordinálása, PFMEA és minőségügyi KPI-ok kezelése.
  • Az ISO 9001 követelményeinek támogatása, részvétel külső és vevői auditok előkészítésében.
  • Szoros együttműködés a termelési, mérnökségi, logisztikai és egyéb társterületekkel.

Elvárások

  • Felsőfokú műszaki vagy minőségirányítási végzettség, vagy releváns szakmai tapasztalat.
  • 3–5 év minőségügyi tapasztalat gyártó környezetben.
  • Tapasztalat auditokban és folyamatfejlesztési projektekben.
  • ISO 9001 , auditmódszertanok és minőségügyi eszközök ismerete.
  • Gyökérokelemzési és problémamegoldási módszerek ( 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa ) ismerete.
  • Strukturált, analitikus gondolkodás és jó kommunikációs készség.
  • Önálló, proaktív és együttműködő munkavégzés.
  • Belső auditori vagy vezető auditor képesítés előnyt jelent.
