Harmon is hiring a Quality Technician I to help ensure our products meet high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role is a great fit for someone with manufacturing quality experience who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and partnering with production teams.

What You'll Do

• •Perform inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• •Audit materials, processes, and finished products for compliance with quality standards.
• •Use testing and measurement equipment to verify product quality.
• •Investigate quality issues and support corrective actions and root cause analysis.
• •Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• •Partner with production teams to prevent defects and improve processes.
• •Help maintain a safe, organized, and quality-focused work environment.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• •1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, inspection, or a related field
• •Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• •Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with production teams
• •Basic computer skills and experience maintaining records

Preferred Skills

• •Experience using inspection and testing equipment
• •Curtain wall industry experience
• •Knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing processes
• •Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement practices
