TRAINING

Getting started is straightforward. New agents complete a virtual, self-paced, one-week training program (roughly 6–7 hours total) before joining the panel. Training includes modules, quizzes, and practice properties reviewed by our quality team.

YOU BRING

Active real estate license (plus any state-required BPO credentials)

2+ years of experience with BPOs, CMAs, or residential pricing

Strong knowledge of your local market and neighborhoods

Comfort with technology and willingness to learn a new platform

Attention to detail and reliable follow-through on deadlines
