Wir sind eine mittelständische Anwaltskanzlei mit derzeit 8 Anwälten (m/w/d) und Spezialisierung der einzelnen Anwaltsreferate (mehrere Fachanwälte).

Zur Verstärkung unserer Kanzlei suchen wir ab sofort

eine/n Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/n (m/w/d)

für das Zwangsvollstreckungsreferat.

Wenn Sie

  • über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten (m/w/d) verfügen,
  • Erfahrung in der Zwangsvollstreckung,
  • gute und sichere MS Office- und RA-M|CRO-Kenntnisse sowie
  • eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit besitzen, außerdem
  • zuverlässig und selbständig arbeiten und ein Organisationstalent sind,

Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst:

  • Forderungseinzug und Mahnverfahren
  • AntragstelIung, Durchführung und Bearbeitung von Zwangsvollstreckungsaufträge incl. Kommunikation mit Schuldnern, Gerichten und Gerichtsvollziehern
  • selbständige Erstellung von Schriftsätzen im Rahmen der Zwangsvollstreckung
  • Insolvenzantragstellungen und Überwachung der Insolvenzverfahren
  • Führen und Verwalten von E-Akten.

Wir bieten:

  • einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag in Teilzeit (ab 20 Wochenstunden)
  • Arbeitszeiten sind flexibel absprechbar
  • ggf. auch Möglichkeit zur Vollzeit
  • 30 Tage Urlaub bei einer 5-Tage-Woche.
