Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r (m/w/d) – Standort Jena

Sie haben Ihre Ausbildung zur/zum Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten abgeschlossen – vielleicht sogar frisch – und suchen eine Kanzlei, in der Sie wachsen, sich einbringen und wohlfühlen können? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig!

Das erwartet Sie bei uns:

  • Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in der Mandatsbetreuung, Fristenkontrolle, Erstellung von Schriftsätzen und Korrespondenz, Büroorganisation und Buchhaltung

  • Die Stelle ist unbefristet mit 30 Stunden wöchentlich zu besetzen (Lage und Verteilung der Arbeitszeit sind flexibel zu vereinbaren)

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Interesse an Buchhaltung
  • Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein freundliches Auftreten
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Grundkenntnisse in RA-MICRO oder vergleichbaren Kanzleisoftware-Systemen von Vorteil – aber kein Muss
