Wir, die Rechtsanwälte Dr. Kropp Endler Rasch in der gleichnamigen Sozietät, sind eine, seit vielen Jahren in der Landeshauptstadt von Sachsen-Anhalt erfolgreich tätige mittelgroße Rechtsanwaltskanzlei, die gewerbliche und private Mandanten ebenso betreut wie Kommunen, Zweckverbände, Ministerien und andere Landesbehörden. Schwerpunktbereiche sind Agrarrecht, Versicherungsrecht und Öffentliches Recht.

Gesucht wird zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt zur Unterstützung unseres Teams

eine/n Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/n m/w/d

in einer unbefristeten Beschäftigung mit einer wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit von mindestens 30h/Woche, sehr gern auch 40h/Woche.

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns sind:

  • das Schreiben nach Diktat
  • die Fristenbearbeitung/ -überwachung
  • die Bearbeitung des Postein- und -ausgangs
  • der Telefondienst
  • der Empfang unserer Mandanten
  • die Aktenanlage und -ablage etc.

Unsere Anforderungen an Sie:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/m Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten, vielleicht bringen Sie ja auch schon erste Berufserfahrung mit
  • Zehn-Finger-Schreiben
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Pünktlichkeit, Gründlichkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Freundlichkeit
