Werden Sie unser neuer kreativer Kopf mit fachlichem "Know-How" und Gestaltungsideen. Durch die Nutzung von Diktiersoftware erstellen die Anwälte Abschriften direkt selbst am PC. Für die vielen andere Aufgaben in unserer Kanzlei suchen wir Sie!

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Empfang der Mandanten
  • Vorbereitung von Besprechungsterminen
  • Vorbereitung von Schriftstücken für Mahnverfahren und Zwangsvollstreckungen
  • Berechnung von Forderungen und Gebühren
  • Erstellen von Kostenrechnungen
  • Überwachung und Erledigung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Anlegen und Führen von Akten
  • Fristenüberwachung

Ihr Profil:

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/zur Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten oder Notarfachangestellten
  • alternativ umfangreiche Erfahrungen in einer Rechtsanwaltskanzlei
  • freundlich im Umgang mit den Mandanten
  • teamfähig

Das erwartet Sie:

  • ein vertrauensvolles, sehr gutes Betriebsklima
  • viel Gestaltungsspielraum in der Organisation
  • attraktive Bezahlung
  • flexible Arbeitszeiten in Absprache, eine Voll- oder Teilzeitbeschäftigung ab 30Std. ist möglich
