Für die Kanzlei in Gera suche ich ab sofort eine/n Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r (m/w/d) in Vollzeit - alternativ wäre auch Teilzeit mit mindestens 30 Wochenstunden möglich.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Empfang und Betreuung von Mandanten
  • Terminvereinbarung
  • Fristen- und Wiedervorlagenkontrolle
  • Bearbeitung von Eingangs- und Ausgangspost
  • selbstständige Aktenführung
  • das Anfertigen von Schriftsätzen
  • Einleitung von Mahnverfahren sowie Zwangsvollstreckungsmaßnahmen
  • Erstellen von Kostenrechnungen und Kostenfestsetzungsanträgen
  • allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten

Ihre Voraussetzungen:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/m Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten, einschlägige Berufserfahrung ist wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Anwaltssoftware RA-Micro
  • Erfahrung mit der Anwaltssoftware Dictanet sind wünschenswert
