  • unsere Kandidatensuche auf den wichtigsten Recruiting-Plattformen
  • übernimmt und unsere Kunden bei der Besetzung offener Stellen
  • unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Active Sourcing von Fach- und Hilfskräften über Indeed,
  • StepStone, Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook, die Bundesagentur für Arbeit
  • sowie weitere Recruiting-Portale
  • Recherche und Identifikation geeigneter Kandidatinnen und
  • Kandidaten
  • Proaktive Direktansprache potenzieller Bewerber
  • Telefonische Erstinterviews und Vorqualifizierung
  • Aufbau und Pflege eines nachhaltigen Kandidatenpools
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Personalberatern und
  • Personaldisponenten
  • Unterstützung bei der Personalvermittlung und
  • Arbeitnehmerüberlassung

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erste Erfahrung im Recruiting, Active Sourcing, Talent Acquisition,
  • HR oder der Personaldienstleistung von Vorteil
  • Spaß an der Kommunikation und am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Recruiting-Tools und Jobbörsen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
