Responsibilities:

Developing and leading the firm’s recruiting strategy

Recruiting from graduate to senior level

Represent the company at workshops, competitions and career fairs, both in the Netherlands and abroad

Ensuring an extraordinary candidate experience

Becoming a trusted partner and valued decision maker for internal stakeholders

Improving processes for reviewing candidate applications, shortlisting, and conducting interviews with candidates

Requirements:

3 – 5 years of relevant experience with end-to-end recruitment with a proven track record of success

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Proactive and adaptable attitude

Willingness to travel

Direct experience recruiting for trading firms is a plus

Experience leading a team is a plus

Located in the Netherlands or nearby

Benefits:
