  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings of applicants to ensure their qualifications and experience align with job requirements. Schedule and conduct initial interviews, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Presentation: Present qualified candidates to internal hiring managers, providing detailed summaries of candidates’ qualifications, experience, and interview feedback.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and the unique needs of each manufacturing facility, ensuring a strong match between candidates and positions.
  • Job Offer Management: Assist with the creation and extension of job offers, ensuring clear communication of salary, benefits, and terms of employment to candidates.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track recruitment progress and provide regular updates to the TA team and hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines, interview statuses, and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience, regardless of the hiring outcome.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records and provide reports on recruiting activities as required.
