Strategic Ventures is currently recruiting a reliable, motivated, relationship-driven Recruiter to support talent acquisition across our federal government programs. We're looking for someone who takes pride in connecting qualified professionals with meaningful opportunities and understands that successful recruiting goes beyond matching resumes to job descriptions.

Responsibilities include:

• •Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate submissions, salary negotiations, offer coordination, and onboarding transitions
• •Partner with leadership and program stakeholders to understand staffing requirements, technical qualifications, security clearance needs, and customer expectations
• •Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through professional networking, referrals, recruiting platforms, and proactive outreach
• •Evaluate candidates for relevant experience, technical capabilities, career interests, and alignment with company culture
• •Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, military professionals, veterans, and industry contacts to support current and future hiring needs
• •Support recruiting efforts for contract proposals, recompetes, and anticipated program requirements
• •Maintain accurate candidate records, track recruiting activity, and provide timely updates on hiring progress and potential challenges
• •Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication, professionalism, and follow-through

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• •3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably within federal government contracting
• •Experience sourcing and recruiting cleared professionals, particularly within DoD, Intelligence Community, cybersecurity, or related government programs
• •Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, cleared sourcing channels, and other recruiting platforms
• •Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities independently
• •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated success building and maintaining professional relationships
• •Resourceful, persistent, and motivated to identify qualified candidates for specialized or difficult-to-fill positions
• •Understanding of federal contracting environments, security clearance requirements, and government hiring processes preferred
• •Active or expired security clearance preferred
