Le poste

Vos missions au sein du rayon crèmerie :

  • Assurer la gestion commerciale de votre rayon : les mises en avant produits, les promotions, les stocks, les commandes et l’analyse des indicateurs économiques,
  • Manager votre équipe : le recrutement, la formation, l’accompagnement et la gestion administrative,
  • Garantir l’hygiène et la bonne tenue du rayon : participer à la réception, à la mise en rayon, à l’accueil et au conseil client.

Votre profil :

Vous avez :

  • L’âme d’un commerçant fromager,
  • La capacité de manager une équipe sur le terrain,
  • Des compétences en gestion de centre de profit.

Salaire brut mensuel sur 12 mois : 3100€ / mois
