ALOHA Collection is a fast growing lifestyle brand that was born out of a love of travel, adventure and the ocean. This California based brand with Hawaiian roots located in Encinitas, CA focuses on travel accessories. Travel is our inspiration, the beach is our home.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Store Managers are the leaders of their store locations and serve as the face of Aloha Collection to their community. They are responsible for driving sales, managing budgets, hiring and developing talent, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Store Managers set the tone for store culture and are accountable for both financial performance and team engagement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Drive store sales and profitability through conversion, units per transaction, and disciplined execution of outlet pricing and promotional cadence.

Own new-customer acquisition and email capture as core performance targets, ensuring every associate is trained and held accountable to the capture standard.

Manage a high-volume selling floor — staffing to traffic patterns, minimizing wait times, and maintaining service quality during peak periods, holidays, and travel seasons.

Hire, onboard, train, and develop a high-performing retail team aligned with company values and brand standards, including seasonal and part-time staff.

Manage store operations including inventory, receiving, replenishment, payroll, scheduling, and compliance with company policies.

Execute outlet visual merchandising standards — clear pricing and value communication, impactful volume presentation, and consistent brand storytelling despite a promotional environment.

Partner with the merchandising and planning teams on outlet assortment performance, sell-through, size and color gaps, and markdown effectiveness.

Build relationships with center management, neighboring tenants, and tourism partners to grow traffic and store visibility.

Monitor financial metrics (sales, conversion, average order value, margin, labor costs, shrink) against budget and take corrective action as needed.

Lead team meetings, conduct performance reviews, and foster a culture of accountability, learning, and aloha.

Report to the District Manager on store performance, staffing needs, and strategic initiatives.

Resolve customer complaints and complex operational issues with professionalism and brand-aligned judgment.

EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years retail management experience, preferably in apparel, accessories, or lifestyle brands.

Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing P&L, and building high-performing teams.

Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and brand consistency.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop people.

Analytical mindset with comfort managing budgets, metrics, and data-driven decision-making.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for company events and multi-store support.

WHAT WE OFFER

From the start, our founders, Heather and Rachael, envisioned a company culture that was dynamic, intentional and sustainable. We provide education about Hawaiian culture and opportunities for personal and professional growth for every member of Team ALOHA. We believe in work-life balance and trust, which is why we offer flexible remote working options and show up with compassion when life’s unexpected moments arise.
