Returning New Grad Graphic Designer I (For current/previous HNTB interns ONLY)

This opportunity entails being responsible for the creation of digital assets such as icons, photography, and stock graphics to be used in proposals, presentations, PR and internal communications. Coordinates the production of materials to create an image, communicate concepts, or deliver a message in the most effective way.

For Current/ Previous HNTB Interns Only

What You'll Do:

• •Creates print and digital materials for proposals, including templates, charts, maps, infographics, covers and layout.
• •Creates print and digital materials for presentations, including PowerPoints, leave-behinds, and display boards.
• •Creates print and digital materials for PR and internal communications, including brochures, ads, and announcements.
• •Drafts concepts for visually communicating key messages.
• •Files and organizes digital assets such as icons, photography, and stock graphics.
• •Assists in coordinating with print vendors and photographers.
• •Performs other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

• •Associates Degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field, or
• •In lieu of education 2 years of relevant experience

What You'll Bring:

• •Showing fundamental proficiency in using InDesign and other graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator), with guidance from more senior staff.
• •Proficient in converting large amounts of data or information into visual illustrations with guidance from senior staff.
• •Creatively translating information by assessing problems and conveying visual solutions with guidance from more experienced staff.
• •Developing basic PowerPoint or Keynote presentation templates, with guidance from senior staff.
• •Understanding of basic typography including application of line lengths, tracking, and leading in order to maximize legibility.

What We Prefer:

Bachelor's Degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field
