Für unsere Praxis Haus der Therapie Bisevac & Müller suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine freundliche, zuverlässige und engagierte Rezeptionskraft (m/w/d) auf Minijob-Basis zur Unterstützung unseres Teams.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Telefonische Terminvereinbarung und Koordination der Behandlungstermine
  • Verwaltung und Pflege der Patientendaten
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung des Praxisteams im täglichen Ablauf

### Ihr Profil

  • Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Zuverlässige, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit Computer und Telefon
  • Erfahrung im Empfangs- oder Verwaltungsbereich ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
