### Rezeptionsmitarbeiter /-in (m/w/d) in Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Begrüßung der Gäste
  • Ein- & Auschecken der Gäste
  • Rechnungen erstellen und abrechnen
  • Vorbereiten des Arbeitsplatzes
  • Allgemeiner Schriftverkehr
  • Beratung der Gäste telefonisch, schriftlich & persönlich
  • Arbeiten mit dem elektronischen Reservierungsprogramm Hotline
  • Koordination der Etagenmitarbeiter durch Gästelisten
  • Kontrolle der Anreisezimmer
  • Terminierung der Massagen und Anwendungen.

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • Freundlichkeit & Kompetenz
  • mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • EDV-Kenntnisse, MS Office
  • gerne Erfahrung mit Reservierungsprogramm Hotline
  • Teamfähigkeit & Selbständiges Arbeiten
  • Organisationstalent
