Kontinuierlich werden die Angebote im Kinder-, Freizeit-, Wellness- und Servicebereich den Wünschen der Gäste angepasst, verbessert und erweitert. Unser Haus verfügt über 101 Familiensuiten, 3 Restaurants, 2 Bars, Baby & Kinderbetreuung, über 5.500 m² Wellnessbereich mit Felsenerlebnisbad, Wald-SPA, Wald-Bad und Eltern-SPA, Reitstall mit Reithalle und vieles mehr.

Wir suchen zum nächst möglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n engagierte/n Rezeptionsmitarbeiter/in (m/w/d)

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört:

  • Begrüßung und Check-In/-Out der Gäste
  • Erfüllung individueller Gästewünsche
  • Betreuung der Gäste bei allen Fragen
  • Rechnungserstellung, Kassieren der Gästerechnung

Wir erwarten:

  • eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zur/zum Hotelfachfrau/-mann bzw. zur/zum Bürokauffrau/-mann
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Bereitschaft zu wechselnden Arbeitszeiten sowie Arbeit an Wochenenden und Feiertagen
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
